Martha narrates the life of a woman who, with great difficulty, is trying to bring her life back together after having gone through so many people’s life. The plot moves along the emotional spectrum of grief to hope and the desire to carry on that is inescapable. Taking place in small town, Martha illustrates the calm yet excruciating moments that accompany sheer determination and willpower hardly seen to human faces.
