Cast:
Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ
Serenay Sarıkaya
Positive Aspects:
The Blue Cave is exceptionally beautiful and its camera work highlights the best of Turkey’s landscapes.
The mix of adventure and mythological themes and has deepened the storyline with lots of folklore.
It is the love scenes of the central characters with Kivanç Tatlituğ that add flesh to a largely mythic narrative of the story.
Negative Aspects:
The script is too predictable and there are some thriller fans who could not but notice some elements borrowed from other similar movies like that of Indiana Jones or The Mummy.
The middle of the film rushes through but scant action picks up towards the latter part and slower pace is hard to endure.
