The Platform is a dystopian thriller set in a vertical prison where levels determine access to food. Each level receives a feast that dwindles as it descends, leaving those on the lower levels to fight over scraps. Goreng, a new inmate, quickly learns the harsh realities of the Hole. He befriends Trimagasi, a seasoned inmate who teaches him the system’s brutal hierarchy. Together, they devise a plan to send a message upwards, hoping to spark change in this dehumanizing system. The story explores themes of social inequality, class struggle, and the fight for survival in a desperate situation.
